API Integration Services

System Integration Services for Your CRM, Accounting and Store

When your CRM, accounting and store don't talk, your team types the same data twice and mistakes slip through. We connect the tools you already use, so each record is entered once and reaches every system that needs it.

Signs You Need Systems Integration

When your tools don't share data, your team fills the gap by hand. That costs hours every week and lets mistakes into your books and your customer records.

  • The Same Order Typed Into Two or Three Tools
  • Customer Records That Differ From Tool to Tool
  • Stock Counts That Don't Match the Store
  • A Month-End Close That Takes Days
  • Spreadsheet Exports Someone Re-Imports by Hand
  • Automations That Stop Without Anyone Noticing

CRM, Accounting, Ecommerce and ERP Integration

Our software integration services connect the systems your orders, customers and money already pass through. These are common examples, not the full list.

CRM Integration for HubSpot and Salesforce

Contacts, deals and orders shared between HubSpot, Salesforce or your CRM and the rest of your tools, so every team works from the same customer record.

QuickBooks Integration and Accounting Sync

Orders, invoices and payments posted to QuickBooks Online or your accounting system, so nobody rekeys them and month-end starts with the records in place.

Ecommerce Integration for Your Online Store

Shopify or your online store connected to accounting, inventory and shipping, so each order is entered once and moves through on its own.

ERP and Inventory Integration

Products, stock levels and purchase orders shared between your ERP or inventory system and your sales channels, so every channel shows the same count.

Payment Integration With Stripe

Stripe or your payment provider connected to billing and accounting, so payments, refunds and fees land in the right place without a spreadsheet in between.

Spreadsheets, Databases and Booking Tools

Google Sheets, Excel, booking and scheduling tools and your own databases joined to the same flow, so reports start from current data.

Planning Your API Integration

Four choices shape every integration. We make them with you before anything is built.

No-Code Tool or Custom Code

For a few simple steps between popular apps, Zapier or Make is often all you need, and we will say so. Custom code fits two-way sync, high volumes, complex matching rules or a tool with no ready-made connector.

One-Way or Two-Way Sync

One-way sync copies records from one system into another. Two-way sync lets people edit in both, so we agree which system wins when the same field changes in two places.

Real-Time or Scheduled

Real-time sync sends a change as soon as it happens, when the tool can announce changes. Scheduled sync runs at set times, which suits large batches and nightly totals.

Data Mapping and Cleanup

We match each field between systems, such as customer names, product codes and tax settings, and clean up the duplicates in your existing records so old mistakes don't spread.

Data Integration Services Built to Catch Errors

Systems go offline, vendors change their APIs and the same customer gets entered twice. Every sync we build expects that and tells a person when something needs attention.

  • Automatic Retries When a System Is Offline
  • Duplicate Checks Before a Record Is Created
  • Unclear Records Held for a Person to Review
  • An Alert to Your Team When a Sync Fails
  • A Log of Every Record That Moved
  • Error Monitoring From Launch Day

Least-Privilege Access

Each integration can reach only the records and actions it needs in each system.

Keys Kept in a Secure Vault

Passwords and API keys are stored in a secure vault, never in the code.

Code Review and Automated Tests

Every change is reviewed and tested before it reaches your live systems.

In a Cloud Account in Your Name

The integration runs in a cloud account you own, so you keep control of it.

Our System Integration Process

You approve the sync rules before we build and see each connection working before the next one starts.

  1. Map Your Systems

We list the tools involved, what should move between them and which system holds the master copy of each record.

  2. Agree the Sync Rules

Together we settle the field matching, conflict rules, timing and who gets alerted, using real records from your systems.

  3. Build and Test

We build each sync and run it against test accounts or sample records before it touches live data.

  4. Go Live One Sync at a Time

We switch on the connection that saves the most retyping first and check the early records with your team.

  5. Handover and Support

You get documentation for each sync and access to everything we built. Ongoing maintenance is your choice.

System Integration FAQ

What Is System Integration?

System integration connects the separate tools a business runs on, such as a CRM, accounting software, an online store and an inventory system, so a record entered in one reaches the others on its own. It is also called systems integration, or API integration when the tools share data through their APIs. An API is the connection point a software maker publishes so other systems can read and update its data.

Which Systems Can You Connect?

We connect most tools that have a documented API, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, as well as your own databases. These are examples, not the full list. We check each system on the first call, before we quote. If you need Microsoft 365 or business email set up in the first place, see our Microsoft 365 support.

Do You Offer HubSpot Integration?

Yes. HubSpot is one of the tools we work with most, for example syncing HubSpot contacts and deals with accounting, the online store or internal systems.

What Happens When a Vendor Changes Its API?

Larger vendors usually announce API changes ahead of time and keep the old version working for a while. With a maintenance plan, we update and retest your integration in that window.

How Much Do System Integration Services Cost?

It depends on the number of systems, how much data moves, whether the sync is one-way or two-way and how much cleanup your existing records need. After a short call we send a proposal with the approach, phases, timeline and cost before work starts. Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly, with no minimum term.

How Long Does an Integration Project Take?

It depends on the number of systems and the state of your data, and your proposal includes the timeline. Because we switch on one sync at a time, the first one can go live before the rest are finished.

Do We Own the Integration?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the integration code is yours. It lives in your repository, so any capable team can take it over.

Is This the Same as Enterprise Application Integration?

Mostly. Enterprise application integration is the name larger companies use for connecting their business applications, often through a central integration platform. A small or mid-size company has the same goal with fewer tools, so we size the approach to the systems you run.

Does System Integration Need AI?

Usually not. Moving orders, contacts and payments between systems follows fixed rules. When a step needs AI to read invoices, emails or documents, or to make a judgment call, that is part of our AI automation services. To give Claude or ChatGPT secure access to your systems, see MCP server development.
