ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot Training
Each workshop is built from your team's own tasks and tools. These topics are where most teams start.
AI Basics Without the Jargon
What AI tools are good at, where they make mistakes and how to check their work before you use it.
Writing, Email and Documents
Drafting, editing and rewriting in your company's voice, from customer replies to proposals and reports.
Research, Summaries and Analysis
Turning long documents, meeting notes and spreadsheets into clear summaries, comparisons and next steps.
Microsoft Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
Using Copilot inside the apps your team already lives in, with examples from their own work.
Prompting That Works
Simple patterns anyone can reuse to get better answers the first time, without technical skills.
Safe and Responsible Use
What never to paste into AI, how business plans protect your data and when a person must review the result.
AI Training Built Around Each Role
A sales rep and an accountant use AI for different things. We train each team on the work that fills their own week.
- Sales: Research, Outreach and Proposals
- Customer Support: Faster, Consistent Replies
- Operations: Documents, Reports and Procedures
- Finance and Admin: Spreadsheets and Summaries
- Marketing: Content, Campaigns and Reporting

Role-Based Sessions
Smaller groups by team, each working through the tasks that fill their own week.
Prompt Library and Playbook
Your team's best prompts, examples and checklists in one shared place they keep using.

AI Training FAQ
Which AI Tools Do You Train On?
Mostly ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, plus AI features inside the tools your team already uses. That is not the full list. If you have chosen a tool, we train on that one.
Do Employees Need Technical Skills?
No. The sessions are built for people who write emails, work in spreadsheets and handle documents. We start from tasks they already do and show how AI makes them faster.
Can You Run Microsoft Copilot Training for Our Microsoft 365 Rollout?
Yes. We train teams on Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, using their own files and meetings as examples, so the licenses you pay for get used.
Is the Training Remote or On-Site?
Both. We run live sessions remotely for teams anywhere, and on-site in Utah. Larger teams are split into smaller groups by role so everyone gets hands-on time.
How Do You Keep Our Company Data Safe During Training?
We use business plans that don't train on your data, practice with examples you approve and teach the safe-use rules as part of every session.
We Don't Know Where to Start With AI at All. Is Training the Right First Step?
If your team already has AI tools, yes. If you're still deciding what AI should do for your business, start with our AI for small business help, or AI consulting services for a company-wide strategy.
