Common Ways a First Version Burns the Budget
A first version has one job: show that people want the product and will pay for it. These patterns use up the budget before that answer comes in.

MVP Scoping: What Goes in Version One
Features nobody uses cost as much to build as the ones users need. We cut the first version down to what proves your idea.
One User, One Problem
We name your first customer and the problem they would pay to solve. Every feature in version one has to serve it.
Must-Have vs Later
Each idea goes on one of two lists. Version one gets only what the core workflow can't work without.
What Success Looks Like
We agree on the signal to watch after launch, such as sign-ups, paid accounts or weekly use.
A Feature List You Approve
We write the list together. The quote, the timeline and the build all follow from the version you approve.
MVP Development Services
As an MVP development company, we build the first version and the product it grows into. Every project starts from one workflow and a short feature list.
MVP Software Development
A focused first version of your product, built around the one workflow your users came for and ready for them to sign up and pay.
SaaS Product Development
A subscription product with accounts, team roles, billing and an admin area, structured so new features fit in without a rewrite.
Clickable Prototypes and Design
Screens for the main user journey that you can click through and show to early users before the build starts.
From AI Prototype to Product
Built a prototype with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor? We turn it into a product that holds up with real users and payments.
Upgrades to an Existing Product
New features, fixes or a cleanup for a product someone else built. We start with a review of its code.
New Products for Established Companies
A new software product to sell to your customers, launched without pulling your own team off their current work.
SaaS App Development: The Parts Every Product Needs
Most SaaS products share the same foundation. We build it into version one, so your first customers can sign up, invite their team and pay without manual work on your side.
Multi-tenant means many customer companies share one app, and each sees only its own data.
We choose mainstream, well-supported tools you can hire for as you grow. Some we use, not the full list:
- TypeScript
- React
- Next.js
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Stripe
- Docker
- AWS

- Team Accounts With Roles and Permissions
- Separate Data for Every Customer Account
- Subscription Billing With Stripe
- An Admin Area for Your Team
- Analytics That Show What Users Do
Our MVP Development Process
You approve the feature list, the designs and the release.
Discovery
A working session on your first users, the core workflow and what version one has to prove.
Design
Clickable screens for the main user journey, from sign-up to the first result. You approve them before the build starts.
Build
Short iterations with a demo every week on a private test link, so your feedback shapes the next step.
Launch
You test on a staging copy, we fix anything that doesn't match the feature list, then we release it to your first users.
Learn and Improve
We look at what real users do and rank the next features with you. You decide what gets built next.
Engineering Standards
Code an Investor or Buyer Can Review
Investors and buyers often have an engineer review the code before they commit. Senior engineers build yours and use AI coding tools for routine work. These habits keep it easy to review and hand over.
- Code Review on Every Change
- Automated Tests for Core Workflows
- Automated Releases Through a Staging Copy
- Error Monitoring From Launch Day
- Documentation Your Team Can Use
Support and Iteration After Launch
Real usage shows what to build next. Keep the same team for fixes, updates and new features. Billed monthly, with no minimum term.
- Bug Fixes Ranked by User Impact
- Security and Dependency Updates
- Monthly Hours for New Features

MVP and SaaS Development FAQ
How Much Does MVP Development Cost?
It depends on the number of screens, user roles and integrations. A well-defined first version can be quoted at a fixed price, and a tight scope is what keeps that price down. After a short call, your proposal lists the approach, phases, timeline and cost before any work starts.
How Long Does It Take to Build an MVP?
A focused first version typically takes about six weeks from discovery to launch. Larger SaaS platforms are planned in phases, each with its own feature list, so users get working software early.
Should We Use a No-Code Tool or Custom Code?
No-code tools are a quick way to test whether people want the idea. Custom code makes sense when you need features a platform can't support, such as complex billing rules, separate data for each customer company or deep integrations. It also gives you code you own outright. If a no-code tool fits your first version, we say so.
Can You Turn Our AI-Built Prototype Into a Real Product?
Yes. We audit the code, fix the serious issues first and add the tests it was missing. We keep what holds up. If starting clean on part of it costs less, we say so and explain why.
What If We Want to Add Features Mid-Build?
The feature list you approve is the scope. If you need more, you choose: trim the list to fit, or approve a written change with its price before we build the extra work. Often the better call is to wait and let real users show whether it's needed.
Do We Own the Code and the IP?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the code and everything we built for you are yours. The code lives in your repository and the product runs in a cloud account in your name, so any capable team can take it over.
Do You Work With Non-Technical Founders?
Yes. We explain each technical choice in plain words and recommend one option with its trade-offs. You decide on the features, the designs and the release, not on code.
