We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the system first finds the passages in your documents that match the question, and the AI writes its answer only from them, with the source linked. When nothing relevant turns up, it says it does not know instead of guessing. No AI system is perfect, which is why we measure accuracy on your own questions before launch.

The app runs in your own cloud account, or in ours if you choose our care plan. AI usage runs on a business account in your name with Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or another provider, and we review its data retention and training settings with you.

Each build gets a fixed price and a written scope after a short call about your documents, users and systems. Running costs are mostly AI model usage, which we estimate up front and bill at cost with no markup, or which you pay directly on your own provider account. An optional care plan covers hosting, monitoring and tuning, month to month with no minimum term.

Yes. We start with a one-day review of your codebase, then build the feature into your current screens. The work goes through your pull-request process with tests and documentation, so your team owns and runs it. A chatbot answers questions from your approved content and hands off to a person when it cannot help.
