AI Agent Development for Multi-Step Work Across Your Tools
We build custom AI agents that read a request, look things up in your CRM, help desk, email and documents, apply your rules and draft the result. A person approves it before anything is sent or changed.

AI Agent Use Cases for Business
Each agent runs one workflow from trigger to finished draft. It gathers facts from several systems, applies your rules and hands a person something ready to approve.
Support Reply Agent
Reads the customer's message, looks up the order, checks your return policy and drafts the reply and the refund for your support team to approve.
Sales Research and Outreach Agent
Researches each new lead from public sources, your CRM and past emails, summarizes the account and drafts a first message for the rep to review.
Quote Preparation Agent
Reads a quote request, pulls prices, stock and terms from your systems and drafts the quote for a salesperson to check and send.
Follow-Up Agent
Watches open quotes, stalled deals and unpaid invoices, reads the history and drafts the right follow-up before anything slips.
Customer Onboarding Agent
When a deal closes, it prepares the account across your CRM, billing and project tools and drafts the welcome email, ready for one approval.
RFP and Questionnaire Agent
Drafts answers to RFPs and security questionnaires from your past responses and documents, and flags the questions it cannot answer with confidence.
Guardrails
Custom AI Agents With Human Approval
AI models make mistakes, so our agents never send an email, change a record or post a message on their own. Your team gets a ready-made draft and approves, edits or rejects it.
Safeguards in Every AI Agent
- Approval in Slack, Teams or Email
- Least-Privilege Access to Each Tool
- Automatic Retries and Failure Alerts
- Monthly Spending Cap You Control

How We Build an AI Agent
From the first call to production, with quality measured before anyone relies on it.
Scope Call
We pick the workflow, the tools it touches and the decisions it makes, then send a fixed-price proposal.
Map the Workflow
We document the trigger, each step, the exception paths and who approves what, and agree an accuracy target with you.
Build and Evaluate
We connect your tools, build the AI steps and the approval flow, and score each AI step against an eval set of about 50 of your real examples.
Supervised Pilot
The agent runs on live work for two weeks while a person approves every action and we tune prompts and rules.
Launch and Handover
We move it to production, train your team and hand over the runbook and the source code.
When an AI Agent Is the Right Tool
Agents pay off when each case needs research and judgment. If the steps are the same every time, such as invoice entry, our AI automation services are simpler to build and run.
The Work Spans Several Systems
Each case needs facts from your CRM, help desk, inbox or documents before anyone can act.
Every Case Takes a Different Path
The right next step depends on what the request says, which fixed rules cannot predict.
The Output Is a Draft
The result is a reply, quote or update that a person should check before it goes out.
No-Code Flows Keep Breaking
Your current automations fail on messy input and lack the logs, tests and alerts you need to trust them.
Questions About AI Agent Development
What Is AI Agent Development?
It is building software in which an AI model works through a task in steps. The agent reads the input, calls tools to look things up in your systems, applies your rules and prepares the result. Unlike a fixed script, it copes with messy input such as free-text emails. Unlike a chatbot, it finishes work instead of only answering questions. If answers are all you need, see AI chatbot development.
How Do You Protect an Agent From Prompt Injection?
We treat everything the agent reads, such as emails, web pages and documents, as data, never as instructions. Each tool gets only the permissions its step needs, and nothing goes out without a person's approval, so a malicious message cannot make the agent send or change anything on its own. Before launch we test the agent with injection attempts. For an independent test of an AI app you already run, see our AI consulting services.
Which Tools and AI Models Can an Agent Use?
Most tools with an API, for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack and Teams. That is not the full list. Models come from Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or another provider. We build in code or on self-hosted n8n, whichever your team can maintain more easily. If people also want to reach those systems from Claude or ChatGPT, see MCP server development.
How Much Does It Cost to Build an AI Agent?
We quote a fixed price after the scope call, based on the workflow, the number of tools and the AI steps it needs. Running costs are mostly AI model usage, which we estimate up front. Hosting runs in your own cloud account, or in ours under the care plan.
Can One Agent Handle Several Workflows?
We start with one workflow and prove it on live work. More workflows, or several agents that hand work to each other, are added one at a time, each with its own eval set and approval rules. That keeps every step testable and every failure easy to trace.
What Happens After the Agent Goes Live?
Without a care plan, your team runs the agent with the runbook we hand over. With one, we cover monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes its API, model updates when a provider retires a model, a monthly review against your eval set and small changes such as new approval rules. It runs month to month with no minimum term.
